Belts
Fenner Precision is a global leader in the design and development of products for paper propulsion applications used throughout the world - including multi-v belts, timing belts, flat belts, molded pulleys, and machined pulleys. These products are to be used in consumer printers, office machines, mail handling and money handling equipment.
In our USA facility, we manufacture mini-pitch timing belts, multi-v belts and flat belts in both standard and custom sizes. Our belts are made from polyurethane elastomers including static dissipating grades.
In our UK facility, EPDM, Neoprene, Hypalon and Silicone, as well as other natural rubber grade flat belts are manufactured. Most belts are available from both locations with branded identification markings including part numbers.
Operations in both the USA and UK are supported by our fully equipped mechanical and chemical laboratories. Fenner Precision is a member of the Polyurethane Manufacturing Association and follows the standards established by the Rubber Manufacturers Association.
Our timing belts are normally supplied truly endless, but open-end belts are also available. The length of an open-ended belt depends on the belt width — e.g. a .118" (3 mm) wide belt can be produced 600 ft (180m) long and a .354" (9 mm) wide belt can be produced 180 ft (55m) long. A large number of our standard timing belts are available in five tooth increments.

Pulleys
Fenner Precision is a global leader in the design and development of belts for paper propulsion applications used throughout the world — including those used in consumer printers, office machines, mail handling and money handling equipment.
Our pulley products are manufactured in both the USA and Europe, in standard and custom sizes. Machined pulleys, injection molded plastic pulleys and sintered metal pulleys are available in the same profiles as our belt products.
Our machined pulleys are manufactured from aluminum, our injection-molded pulleys are made from glass-reinforced polycarbonate or acetal, and our sintered metal pulleys are available in low alloy steel grades. Our aluminum pulleys are precision-machined using start-of-the-art hobbing machines, and aluminum bar stock is also available for prototyping and customer fabricating.
